I’m a wellness coach, educator, writer, RYT 200 yoga scholar-practitioner, museologist, and cultural historian with research and teaching interests that focus on community organizing and creativity as a tool for healing trauma. I believe in coaching that combines creativity and development for maximum wellness. My mission is to revitalize individuals and teams by holding brave spaces in which everyone is heard and acknowledged, establishing a model of sustainable dialogue for cultural shifts.
